<p>PowiGaN开关的RDS(ON)远低于硅开关,因此导通损耗降低,显著提升了反激式变换器的功率处理能力。这些新型器件采用800V耐压的 PowiGaN开关,具有出色的抗浪涌能力及低开关损耗,可在高达150kHz的开关频率下工作,最大限度地缩小变压器尺寸。</p>
<p>在230V交流输入电压下(使用输入电压检测的条件下),空载功耗远低于50mW;当设备处于待机模式时,在230V交流输入电压下,输入300mW功率时仍可提供高达210mW的输出功率,作为设备的待机辅助供电。</p>
